Requirements:
- Your pet must be social: agression, possesion of any kind
will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to place your pet in one of our private rooms, seperate from the other boarders; additional fees will be charged without notice.
- Unfortunately we do not accept non spayed or neutered animals.
- Puppies must be at least 3 months old and completed their second series of vaccinations.
- We ask for a minimal amount of Obedience: constant barking, excessive mounting, house accidents/marking, and poor recall (absolutely a requirement for daily playtime activities) takes away from the relaxed experience we offer our boarders. Private training sessions are available as a refresher for pets lacking these skills.
- Dogs MUST be on an active flea and tick prevention between May and November. If your pet requires treatment, additional fees will be charged without notice.
- We reserve the right to pre-screen or refuse any pets that may cause harm or undue stress to our other boarders. By appointment only.
- 25% deposit required upon reservation. Non refundable if cancelled less than 7days prior to arrival. Payment can be made by cheque (payable to Centeno Kennels), , cash or PayPal
- Winter holiday season (Dec 20 – Jan 5)
• minimum 5 night stay is required.
• 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation.
• 2 weeks cancellation notice is required in order to receive your deposit.
After hours fees: Pets dropped off or picked up outside our business hours will be charged an additional 20$- Office Hours: 11 am to 9 pm regular boarding, 7am to 6 pm for daycare services seven days a week

Health necessities:
• Proof of rabies and DHPP (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, and para influenza) are required upon drop off.
• Dogs must be on active flea and tick program between May and November.
• If your pet has been ill in the last 30 days with contagious a disease, he/she will not be allowed to board without a health certificate from your vet certifying the dog is now healthy.
What to bring?
- Food is provided unless your pet is on a special diet.
- Medications must be clearly labeled with your dog’s name and instructions. Please do not mix medications with food ahead of time.
- Should your little darling have a special blanket or toy, please feel free to bring it along, we want he/she to feel right at home. We cannot guarantee against damage or soiling.
